City of New Orleans employees who want to get certified in any of the below certifications, can purchase the Exam Voucher and pay using credit card. You will receive the exam voucher with instructions in 3 to 4 working days from the date of payment.
ITILv4 Foundation
Exam voucher with one year validity for two attempts and in addition ITIL Foundation ekit is provided

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Exam voucher with one year validity. Application to be submitted to PMI by the candidate with course completion certificate and once its approved, then exam can be scheduled.
